Commission status: DM for inquiries
By commissioning me for my services, it means you have read and agreed to all terms stated below.Time to completion per commission will vary from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on factors such as: order in queue, complexity of commission, personal issues, etc.1) I have the right to refuse any commission at any time for any reason.2) I retain all ownership and rights to the produced artwork. This means I am allowed to post the art wherever and whenever I would like for any reason. If you would like to keep your commission private please disclose that beforehand.3) Please know ideally what you want before you come to me. I will not brainstorm and come up with ideas for you from scratch. Image references and multiple examples are very appreciated.4) After you receive sketches (if the commission includes them), 100% of payment will be collected at this point. Your commission will not be worked on further until the full payment is sent.5) All payments must be made through PayPal or Venmo. USD only.6) After the colored final draft is sent, for any revisions there will be a +10% (total payment) fee per revision applied on top of your initial payment which must be paid before the final files are sent.7) Once your commission is complete, all files will be sent via preferred communication method.8) Clients are not permitted to use any part of their commissioned work for ai, cryptocurrencies and NFTs. Association with the work and said tokens is strictly prohibited--Cancellation, Refund, and Chargeback Policy:- If you haven't sent payment, I have the right to cancel your commission at any time.- Once payment is sent, there will be no refunds; however, if I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it, a full refund will be given.- If a chargeback is filed against me, all rights to all artwork I have created for you will be voided. Your artwork will then be reused and repurposed for future buyers.Rush Order Fee:
- The rush order fee is equal to 50% total payment. EX: if your original order was $30 and you would like it to be rushed, your new total would be $45.- Commissions will be completed within the pre-communicated timeline or within 7 days after the rush order has been accepted.Commercial Sale Fee:
